In Stratford, Oliver Landpower agreed a 10-year lease on a depot at a 4.86ac web site at Goose Lane in Higher Quinton and in Colchester, it has agreed a 15-year lease on a 0.8ac web site at Heckworth Shut, Severalls Industrial Park.
